Visiting this website

This website does not use cookies and does not ask for your personal details. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites. If you choose light or dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; we never see it.

Our typefaces are served by Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your device's IP address, under Google's privacy policy.

Writing to your MP

Our Write to your MP page sends the postcode you enter to postcodes.io and the UK Parliament to find your MP and their published email address. This happens directly in your browser: we never receive your postcode or name. Your message is sent from your own email app, so it goes straight from you to your MP and we never see it.

If you email us

If you contact us, we use your name, email address and message only to reply to you. We keep this correspondence for up to two years and then delete it, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We never sell or share it.

Our petition

Our petition is hosted by Change.org, which collects and holds signatures under its own privacy policy. Please read Change.org's policy before signing.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@onethamesvalley.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
